Here are a few sample menu's we have done in the past.  These are just samples, we create a custom menu for each event and budget.

Marinated pork tenderloin on sweet potato biscuits, Fried Oysters and cocktail sauce

Smoked salmon crustini with apricot chive glaze, Moroccan lamb skewers with sweet pepper

Stationary appetizers:

Fruit and Cheese Platter to include: Blue cheese and fig torte, curry cheddar mold with strawberry jam, Baked brie dip, sliced manchego, seasonal fruit and crackers

Hot crab and corn dip, creole shrimp dip 

Bradley's country sausage dip with assorted chips

Dinner:

Herb crusted prime rib carving station, served on onion rolls with creamy horseradish, zesty steak sauce, and au jus on the side
